GENERAL1. All listed prices are for personal use only
(for Commercial use please discuss first)2. Use of AI (Artificial Intelligence) in any kind, shape or form is PROHIBITED and to never use my artwork in any form of AI (Training, enhancing, alteration, etc), That includes the use like Grok, ChatGPT, SoraAI, character.ai and any other AI tools. This applies to past, present and future commission with me3. Use of Commission for NFT is PROHIBITED4. I have the rights to refuse a commission request (ie. If it’s beyond my capability, etc)

PROPERTY RIGHTS1. I have rights to refuse if I'm uncomfortable/not be able to do the request2. Proper credit required/ must be listed when using the commissioned artworks (ie. When posting the artwork on social media, please tag me/ mention/ type my username on the descriptions)3. I reserve the right to reuse, redistribute, reprint clients’ commissioned artwork(s) for my portfolio & future work.4. I will properly credit if subject of commisioned artwork is Client’s Original Character (OC)

PAYMENT1. International via PAYPAL . Local via Bank Transfer2. FULL PAYMENT upfront maximum 3x24 hours after rough sketch is approved. Your commission will be canceled if you miss the deadline.3. You can request partial payment plan if your commission price is above 200 USD . 2000k for Local4. Extra charges apply for extra character(s), complicated design/ details

REFUND1. 100% refund (no need to pay) for cancellation before rough sketch is given.2. No refund if you cancel when your commission is half-finished/ near-finished/ already finished.
If you do this, the possibility of me blocking/ blacklisting you is high3. However, should I be unable to finish the commission after you have done the payment, it will be 100% refunded.

REVISION1. General Revisions Maximum 2x2. Maximum 1x revision for Emote and Smols3. Additional revisions will be charged $10 per revision.4. NO REVISION for Skeb/Surprise me type Commission
NOTE: NO info progress during WIP since there's no revision and leave it to artist from start to finish. I will give you final preview when it's finish and ready to deliver5. Minor revision is allowed on finishing progress (color only)

DEADLINE AND DELIVERY1. Generally it takes about 1-3 weeks to finish an artwork.2. Extremely detailed/complicated, it might take up to 3-8 weeks to finish.3. Finished works will be delivered through Google Drive link that will be sent to email.

COMMUNICATION1. Mainly communicate through email or available social media DM (make sure don’t lock your DM).
for Twitter, please keep in mind of the newest regulation regarding DM limit2. Casual way of talking is ok! No need to be very formal (if possible refrain from slang, I don't understand today words)3. I’ll do my best to regularly notify you updates regarding your commission4. Feel free to message for updates about your commission5. I'm not accepting complex background such as cityscape or crowd (if it's more nature I'm still manage to do it)

WORKFLOW1. Available weekdays except Sunday2. If there's change in schedule during working commission I'll notify you immediately (i.e. Sick, Emergency situation, etc)3. Wait until I notify you through email/DM with the rough sketch & commission details:- Sketch approval- Payment- Commission on going until finished- Sending finished file link to your email
